Shipping & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Moto Ritual. This policy explains our shipping methods, timelines, costs, and how returns and refunds are handled.

Order Processing
  • Orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

 
Shipping Costs
  • USA: Free standard shipping on all domestic orders.

  • International: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.

 
Domestic Shipping (USA)
  • U.S. orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or similar tracked services.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on location.

  • All orders include tracking.

 
International Shipping
  • We ship to most countries worldwide.

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days depending on region and customs clearance.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Service Delays

While we make every effort to ship promptly, delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier service interruptions

  • Severe weather events

  • Customs clearance

  • High order volume during promotions or holidays

Moto Ritual is not responsible for delays after the package has shipped.

 
Tracking

Tracking information is emailed once your order ships. If your tracking has not updated within 72 hours, please contact us.

 
Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or building staff.

  2. Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

  3. If still unresolved, contact us. While we’ll assist where possible, Moto Ritual is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

 
Returns & Refunds

We stand behind our products and offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

 
What Can Be Returned
  • TenSec chain lube applicator — may be returned in good condition, used or unused.

  • Motul lubricant and cleaner — must be unopened and in original packaging.

  • Bundles — must be returned in full for a refund (e.g., TenSec + Motul).

 
What Cannot Be Returned
  • Opened or used Motul products

  • Partial bundle returns

  • Any item returned after 30 days from delivery

 
How to Request a Return
  • Email us at contact@motoritual.com within 30 days of delivery.

  • You’ll receive return instructions and the return address.

  • Return shipping is your responsibility unless the product is defective or the error is ours.

 
Refund Processing
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear.
